We handle all the refrigerant work, line routing, condenser installation, and system upgrades if required. Your property is treated with care — we use dust sheets and clean up thoroughly.

Arrival & Timings
Our team typically arrives between 8:30am and 9:30am. We’ll confirm the exact time window the day before. A standard installation takes 2–3 hours, so most jobs are finished well before lunchtime. If your installation involves additional refrigerant lines or a system upgrade, we’ll let you know in advance and it may take up to a full day.
What We Need Access To
We’ll need access to the area where the AC unit will be installed, the electrical supply, and the refrigerant line route. If the unit is in a living room or bedroom, please ensure the area around the installation location is clear of belongings.
Cleanup & Tidiness
We take pride in leaving your property exactly as we found it — minus a shiny new AC unit on the wall. We use dust sheets to protect flooring and surfaces, clean up all debris and packaging, and vacuum if we’ve drilled indoors. You’ll never know we were there (apart from the AC unit, of course).
What We Leave You With
Before we leave, you’ll have a fully working AC system with all controls configured and the thermostat set up. We’ll walk you through all the features including cooling schedules, temperature settings, and system controls. You’ll also receive your F-Gas certificate, warranty documentation, and a user guide walkthrough — all emailed to you for safekeeping.
