1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the London AC Pro website and the air conditioning services provided by BAHARASH ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR LTD (trading as London AC Pro), registered in England (Company Reg: 15526897) ("we", "us", "our").

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

London AC Pro provides air conditioning services, including:

AC repair and emergency call-outs
Residential AC installation (split, multi-split, ducted)
Commercial AC installation and design
AC maintenance and servicing
System commissioning and F-Gas certification
Warranty registration and after-sales support

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Prices include equipment, labour, certification, and VAT at the prevailing rate unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Quotations are based on the information provided and the findings of our site survey. If additional work is required beyond the original scope (e.g., unforeseen pipework routing issues), we will inform you and obtain approval before proceeding.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes or if there is a significant delay between the quote and service date.

4. Bookings & Scheduling

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or written acceptance of our quotation.
We aim to complete services within the timeframe communicated at booking, but dates are subject to availability, equipment supply, and circumstances beyond our control.
We will provide reasonable notice if we need to reschedule your appointment.
You may reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional cost.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at any time before the service date.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover pre-purchased equipment and allocated labour.
Once work has commenced, cancellation is not permitted and full payment is due.

6. Payment Terms

Payment may be required in full prior to service or upon completion, as specified in your quotation.
We accept payment via credit/debit card (processed securely through Stripe), bank transfer, or other methods as agreed.
For larger projects, staged payments may be agreed separately and documented in the quotation.
Late payments may be subject to interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.

7. Your Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your property and AC requirements
Ensure safe and clear access to installation locations on the scheduled date
Inform us of any relevant property restrictions or access issues
Ensure someone over 18 is present at the property during the survey and installation
Obtain any necessary permissions from landlords or management companies before work begins

8. Warranty

All work comes with a 2-year workmanship warranty covering labour and materials supplied by London AC Pro.
New AC systems are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (typically 5-7 years), which is separate from our workmanship warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, third-party modifications, power surges, flooding, or other events beyond our control.
Warranty claims should be reported to us promptly. We aim to respond to warranty issues within 48 hours.

9. Liability

We carry full public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance for all work undertaken.
Our liability is limited to the value of the contract for the services provided.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of earnings, or loss of use arising from our services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the London AC Pro website, including text, images, logos, designs, and code, is the property of BAHARASH ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR LTD and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

11. Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with the operation of our website.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website at any time without notice.
While we aim to keep our website content accurate, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter. If we are unable to resolve a dispute, you may refer the matter to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider or take legal action through the courts of England and Wales.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
